Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.
  3. Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@gbsinfraproject.com for assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
